DESCRIPTION:Eighth Annual Lake Poinsett Wind Festival ... Spectators are welcome; fun for all ages! Open flying begins late Friday afternoon. All pilots must meet with Safety Officer\, Jerry Konechne\, prior to first flighty.        Saturday\, June 18: Flight line opens at 6:30 a.m. Pilots' Lounge with complimentary food and beverages. Mid-morning: Radio-controlled model aircraft flights & display. Evening: Flight competition and games.    Sunday\, June 19: Free flying time. DESCRIPTION:ANNUAL LPADA MEETING WITH A NEW TWIST          WHERE: lake Poinsett Camp     WHEN: Saturday  July 23rd         PLAYTIME on the Waterfront 3PM – 5:15       Steve Foss from the camp has been generous enough to open the water toys for  everyone to enjoy during this time frame. Large inflatable’s\, water toys\,  kayaks\, canoes and paddleboats.  Bring a life jacket and plenty of sun  screen.         Picnic at  5:30 - $5 per person         ANNUAL MEETING to start promptly at 6:30 in the chapel.  Door prizes for those in attendance.          The morning (9:00am.) of the 23rd will also be the 3rd annual golf tournament. Look for the posting of the details here in a couple of days. It's time to get your foursome together.
